[Samba] Samba 4.7 don't start on F27

wow - the filemanager needs to tell the reason while otherwise the 
daemon floods the log with completly irrelevant stuff containign 
sourcecode files and lines nobody but developers care but in case of a 
invalid config line 4.7 just crashs long before

frankly - just echo something and systemd-journald would have logged it 
anyways

comment out that line and it starts
a shame that the daemon can't tell that

- name resolve order = hosts bcast
+ name resolve order = host bcast
