[Samba] samba_dlz shutting down on named reload

Ok, so we have a non-systemd repro.
What it boils down to is that _probably_ a "rndc reload" command is
issued. You can check your /etc/init.d/named to see exactly how a "reload"
is implemented.
You can trigger this and fix it at will by using "rndc reload" and "rndc
restart" alternatively.
FYI, I have reported this to the named developers. They in turn say that
it is a packaging problem that should be fixed by RedHat/Centos.
I tried to argue that a "reload" shouldn't cause dlz_modules to be shut
down, but I suppose no one wants to own this problem. Open Source
development 4tw :)
