[Samba] Samba46 Listen queue overflow in FreeBSD 11.1

While ago I had an idea to look into that area and, possibly, to add
support for the:
accf_data – buffer incoming connections until data arrives

that should allow a bit better control over the listen wait queue and
offload the userspace load.
