[Samba] backup_script with distribution packaged installation

Hi!

I have a samba 4.3.11 installation running on ubuntu xenial (the 
packaged version installed via apt-get).
With that version, the etc directory in /var/lib/samba is missing. Is 
this supposed to be a link to /etc/samba (or vice versa)?

Just to make shure that my backup is fine. I couldn't find any 
information about that on the web.
