[Samba] a quick small howto to get samba 4.7.4 on ubuntu 16.04.

*Everybody hold on a moment. All this is the fault of bad copy&paste
results.*
After sending my email a few minutes ago, I discovered that copy&paste had
also dropped some needed *script* content.

Copy&paste had dropped some characters after "-" hypenation marks. I *had
not run the script yet* but, if I could have there would have been
unforeseen errors as the result of the missing copy&paste text.

Sorry to use everyones time here for simple copy&paste errors.
