[Samba] Samba with BIND9 DLZ affecting internet speed

Greetings Rowland.

In both cases I've compiled Samba, according to the Samba wiki
instructions.
On my problematic instance Bind (9.9.4) is installed from package while in
the second office I compiled Bind as well (latest stable).
