Well, if you read the notes under the main list of required packages,
there are these lines:

perl-modules has been replace by perl-modules-5.26 on Ubuntu Artful
(17.10)
python-gpgme and python3-gpgme have been replaced by python-gpg and
python3-gpg on Debian Stretch and Ubuntu Artful

If you can tell me why you didn't understand them or missed them, I
will try to change them, but, until Ubuntu 14.04 finally goes EOL (next
year), the main block will have to stay as it is.
