Congratulations,

I have played with avahi some days ago. Samba was 4.7.6. Some apps 
has worked (i.e. gvim) some others has failed (i.e. gedit).

With 4.7.7 all apps work and it is much faster. Super.


All tests with thunar file browser from the xfce environment. Now avahi 
works also with pcmanfm from lxde environment.
