[Samba] Binding to AD 2016

Hi Steve,
I cannot speak for samnba 3.5, but I have successfully ran a Samba 4.5 as a
member of a Windows Server 2016 domain at a 2016 domain functional level

It may be time to upgrade. I would suggest labbing the environment and
testing it before proceeding. It can be as simple as a VirtualBox VM 2016
DC + VM Samba Server.
