I would start looking into the AD upgrade, Microsoft seems to be making
it harder and harder to use Windows with an NT4-style domain. Windows
hasn't supported them for years, so you 'may' wake up one morning and
find your clients will not talk to the PDC/BDC anymore. Better to be
prepared than finding yourself running around like an headless chicken,
when you don't get any support from Microsoft.

Not saying it will happen, but it could.
