[Samba] bind9 and isc-dhcp-Server for dynamic DNS-updates Error

Hello, I try to set up a AD with bind9 and isc-dhcp-Server for dynamic 
DNS-updates. I followd the wiki:

But I have this error:

If I execute the script manually, it works ok 
> /etc/dhcp/bin/dhcp-dyndns.sh add 192.168.16.38 1:8:0:27:e7:a:66 omtest 

I use Debian Jessie. 

Please, help me
