[Samba] Specify Custom Winbindd pipe for ntlm_auth

I have scouring through the source code of ntlm auth cannot find any
reference to where it obtains the socket directory ...

I am happy to edit the source and re-compile ntlm auth as that will allow
me to achieve what I want..
