[Samba] DC Upgrade Compiled to Package

The FSMO issue was long ago reported and fixed: https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9461

So I'm guessing if I join an updated box to the domain, I'd be able to seize the roles properly on it.
