Still you haven't explained how the permission are wrong, but if the
fix are ''scriptable'' you can define a 'root preexec' script in the
profile share:

	root preexec = /etc/samba/createprofile "%u"

Clearly, will be executed for every profile access, not only if profile
folder misses, so you have to pay some attention on performance
penalty...
