[Samba] smbclient ends in NT_STATUS_CONNECTION_REFUSED error

Hai, 

Base on :

Can you retry the restart samba with systemd and see if thats working better. 

Type : 
systemctl restart smbd
systemctl restart nmbd
systemctl restart winbind
