[Samba] windows 2003 can not login with samba 4.6.4

You should enable the group policies to have Windows 2003 use NTLMv2.

Otherwise, if you can't do that, set 'ntlm auth = yes' (NTLMv1 is not
considered secure these days, so was disabled in Samba 4.5 by default).
