[Samba] Windows 10 can access the share by IP address but not by name

Hi,

After one month a user came back and now she can access a share on Samba
3.6.25 server by IP address but not by name.

All the changes have been on her Windows 10 machine, as my server is in
a pretty old state.

Do you have any idea what the problem could be? We get the error
0x80070035 on her machine.
