No they don't ;-)

As long as Samba on a DC or Unix domain member knows who they are,
it doesn't matter if the ID number given to a Well Know SID is different
between Computers. The ID will be mapped to the SID either from
idmap.ldb on a DC, or by 'idmap config' on a Unix domain member.
