[Samba] Setting Win ACLs via Comp Managment, connection to Member Server warning

Both ubuntu machines have iptables -L:
Chain INPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target     prot opt source               destination

Chain FORWARD (policy ACCEPT)
target     prot opt source               destination

Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target     prot opt source               destination

And the windows server firewall off


How can that happen to me...
