I hope you altered any paths in the files you used to match your set up.

Normally when samba_dnsupdate runs, it doesn't use samba-tool, in fact
you have to use the '--use-samba-tool' option to get it to do so.

So the question is, are you running samba_dnsupdate yourself, or is
something else and if so, what ?
