[Samba] Users losing permissions

I'm having issues with users losing permissions after an indeterminate
period of time. I can't seem to figure out if it is a permissions
issue or kerberos ticket or what?

I don't see any authentication errors in the logs. Windows "Effective
Permissions" shows the user as having full control. Sometimes
restarting samba services fixes it, sometimes not.

I'm not sure where to look.

Samba 4.5.4

getfacl for directories that the user can still rwx for are the same
as the one where they lose write.
