[Samba] Backup Privilege

For testing reasons, in what scenario a Win7 client is granted the backup privilege? MS has removed the network backup tool and the few (free) external tools we've tried either don't backup network shares or don't get backup privilege (User is part of domain backup operators, so guess they just don't try to acquire the privilege).
