There are two default GPOs you need:

{31B2F340-016D-11D2-945F-00C04FB984F9}

{6AC1786C-016F-11D2-945F-00C04fB984F9}

You can delete any others, but you will need to use an admin user with
the required rights i.e. by adding '-U Administrator'

I also hope you mean that you are going to delete the zentyal DC rather
than the domain ;-)
