Ah, dhcpd5, the thing I would remove straight after installing the
debian OS, that thing is a pain in the **** and isn't needed at all on
a fixed IP machine.

You also haven't got:

include "/var/lib/samba/private/named.conf";

in /etc/bind/named.conf.local
