[Samba] Windows client domain member getting incorrect value for LOGONSERVER

I was forgetting one critical directory to migrate to the new server machine:

/etc/samba
/var/lib/samba
 >>> /var/cache/samba <<<

All set... success! My very first Samba PDC from back in 2004 lives on with brand new hardware.
