[Samba] web admin ui for samba AD

I would also go the API route. The idea is to build an API that clients
can consume. This is the most flexible way. I have the expertise in
building API's, I lack Samba/ AD expertise and of course, time :)

I hope to make some time during winter hollidays to work on something.
