There is something strange going on here, you say you didn't provision
with '--use-ntvfs' and you tried to reset the sysvol ACLs with
'samba-tool ntacl sysvolreset', yet you got an error message that
should only be printed if you are using ntvfs.
You have now provided a smb.conf that shows you are using 's3fs'
As I said, something strange is going on, the error message says you
are using ntvfs, but everything you posted says you aren't
