Samba's AD DC includes support for the udp 138 and 137 ports and the
netbios over TCP protocols, but not netbios browsing at this point.

There hasn't been any developer interest in finishing this feature in
the rewritten nbt service in the AD DC (this replaces nmbd in this use
case).
