[Samba] List of Dependencies in Samba wiki

Hello.
Due that bug (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/samba/+bug/1573221)
it is needed to install winbind to make domain controller work. But winbind
package is absent in dependencies list (
https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Samba_Dependencies#Debian_.2F_Ubuntu) for
Debian/Ubuntu.
Smbclient is not needed for domain provision, but used for testing of
installed domain controller here

I propose to add winbind and smbclient packages to dependencies list for
Debian/Ubuntu.

Tested successfully with Samba 4.3.11-Ubuntu on Ubuntu 16.04.01
