well, or ensure that at startup subfolders mith the correct owner exists 
- /run is also a tmpfs which needs subfolders and hence 
https://www.freedesktop.org/software/systemd/man/tmpfiles.d.html was invited

besides that store logfiles in memory is more than just questionable - 
have fun debugging crashes when your logs are always gone
