Bob, this has nothing to do with Louis's script, there is a bug report
for it:  https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12399

Will an upgrade to 4.5.1 include the patch for this? (Based on dates I
am going to "guess" that this is still a work in progress?)
