If your Samba machine uses a fixed ip, then it should be in /etc/hosts
As for '127.0.1.1', this usually means you are using Network Manager
and this uses a part of dnsmasq, it is usually recommended to stop
Network Manager doing this (in the conf file) and remove the
'127.0.1.1' line from /etc/hosts
