[Samba] smbd does not start NT_STATUS_NO_MEMORY

Okay, I tried a more modern config and the issue vanished. The old one 
was from an install about 10 years ago! So this hints at a bug, i.e. a 
wrong config should not produce out of memory errors, but anything more 
useful.
