[Samba] Showstopper problem: Winbindd no longer starting

I've now fixed this odd situation. Something in the CTDB shared Samba 
"private" directory was causing winbind to think the domain was not 
available. Stopping CTDB on all hosts and blowing away all the files in 
there let me start up again.

All up and running, so if anyone else gets this you know what to do ;-)
