No, I didn't say that, I said you cannot 'provision' as a standalone 
server, if you want a standalone server with Samba 4, you will need to 
set it up as you would have with Samba 3.6. Anything you could do with 
Samba 3.6, you can do with Samba 4, plus you can 'provision' a DC.
