Do you mean you have 'server services = smb, ...........' or something
like this, if so remove 'smb', there is no 'smb' option that I am aware
of and unless you are using bind9, you will not have a 'server services'
line in smb.conf as standard and adding one without giving all the
options will turn off any you don't add.
