[Samba] Samba 4.3.6

Today Jelmer has published Samba 4.3.6 in Debian sid.
backport to wheezy failed
backport to jessie succeeded.

Base is an installation of jessie via netinst CD without systemd.
ssh + openldap installed

compile order:
talloc
tevent
tdb
ldb
samba


# cat /etc/debian_version 
8.3

# smbd -V
Version 4.3.6-Debian

# winbindd -V
Version 4.3.6-Debian


Currently no further tests
