[Samba] "state directory" ignored in samba-3.6.6

If you are building Samba yourself, I would suggest you use a version 
that isn't EOL.

If it is a bug, you will probably never get it fixed, unless you fix it 
yourself. The 3.6 series went EOL over 12 months ago.
