Seeing as it looks like you built Samba yourself and you are going to 
create a new domain, it will probably be easiest to remove the entire 
samba directory i.e. rm -rf /usr/local/samba
Go back to where ever you built Samba and run 'make install' again. You 
will then have a fresh start to provision again.
