You definitely need python-crypto (or a replacement for it), I 'think'
it has been replaced by python2-crypto.

With all the required dependencies installed, Samba builds
successfully.

If you do get Samba to build correctly, can you please let us know
which packages you had to install and I will then update the
wiki.
