[Samba] Samba Wiki change suggestion

If it's mostly doing the same thing, we should decite for one method and
drop the other. If someone comes up in the future with a third sync
tool, we have the same content with minor changes for a third tool.

Duplicate content = duplicate work. And in case of such a low frequent
page, I'm sure it's getting outdated soon again - and then on two or
more places.
