first of all you need all the tar.xz files and dsc files listed in
http://downloads.van-belle.nl/samba4/

when there are i386 and amd64 versions you need only one
I recommend to download the packages in several directorys.

than extract the file with 'dpkg-souce -x cmocka_1.0.1-2~bpo8+1.dsc' for
example
go to the created dir and try to build than with 'dpkg-build'

I recommend pbuilder, so you don't need to install all the deps in your
"hostsystem"
