[Samba] Windows 10 point and print restriction

Hi Louis, Hi Achim,

on windows 10 i removed the 3176493 which is on windows 7 / 8 3177725. It has no effect on restriction.

Its always restricted.

Thank you for the tip! Had installed KB3177725 already mid last week at one customer, so far no calls but that can sometimes take a while. To be save I marked the hotfix for uninstallation on our WSUS servers.
