[Samba] Package Samba4 as a .deb

Using debian 4.4.2 for 2 weeks now, no problems, 
Created own deb file from the experimental sources. 
4.4.2-2 is debian unstable now, its not that hard to recompile it to jessie. 

Just make sure the compiling machine has a local repo which containt the needed files for samba.
Start with with compiling tevent talloc ldb tbd.
