[Samba] how enable or disable the global catalog role without using RSAT tools?

HI all,

Quick question:

how enable or disable the global catalog role using samba-tool or using a ldap client and change a 
specific ldap attribute in nTDSDSA object of the domain controller ?

PD: I can't use RSAT tools
