When you ran ps axf | egrep "samba|smbd|nmbd|winbindd" did you see any 
reference to winbindd?

what does 'ls -l /usr/sbin' give you? Your log has a few issues but 
noticeably this.

/usr/sbin/winbindd: Failed to exec child - No such file or directory
