[Samba] major Badlock patch-set roll-out Gotcha

Through painful experience determined that
if old shares on the Windows side are not
all taken down with

   net use \\xxx\xxx /del

or

   net use * /del

the result is terrible performance after
updating the Linux side.  Saw a large
software build take twice as long.

A guess is that caching on the Windows
side is prevented somehow.
