[Samba] Sudoers LDAP instructions desperately needed

I'm trying to get Sudoers LDAP incorporated into Samba 4 but with 
absolutely no success at all. I have been able to import the example AD 
scheme that comes with the sudo source but I can't see any of the 
extensions using either ADUC or ADSI Edit, which makes it useless.

Can someone please point me in the direction of, or send me, 
instructions that actually work? Thanks.
