[Samba] Sernet 4.3.X package is no longer free :/

I'm not a guru Linux, but my (stupid?) question is

If I compile on [RCF]e* samba from source follow the standard how to,
the binary result have the AD DC support?

If yes, why the [RCF]e* do not build the source in the same way?
