I don't know cwrsync.

The problem with the manual sysvol share replication is, that you have
to keep the ACLs. Files owned by e. g. the domain admin on your Linux
DC, must have domain admins as owner on Windows, too. Same with the
other ACLs.

If you could guarantee correct ACLs with cwrsync accross DCs, then it
might be possible.
